Our Buyer's Home Inspection provides you with a complete overview of the home you are purchasing. A home is a large investment and you expect to enjoy 100% of it. With our buyers inspection you will be assured your future home functions as it should and you won't be left making any unexpected repairs.  Once we have thoroughly inspected your home we provide a detailed and comprehensive report that will help you buy with confidence. 

Our Pre-Listing Inspection provides the seller with a report which lists details of the home. We suggest this inspection for any clients looking to sell in the near future or now. We use the same 400 point inspection that would be done for a buyer's inspection to provide a detailed overview of your home. This provides you, as the seller, with an upper-hand to know of any potential issues before listing. 

When purchasing a new construction home the buyer will usually have a 1 year warranty. We suggest this inspection  to provide you with an updated status on your home. This is usually done around the 11th month of your first year in the home. A lot can happen in a year and we are here to make sure you get the most out of your year warranty.

Radon gas is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the United States. In certain areas of Middle Tennessee we can witness high levels of radon.
